Returning home after several years of absence, Wally Day finds himself confronted with ghosts of a past he has tried to forget. His mother, Regina, is grappling with her own foggy memory and has called him home to help her figure out the mysteries of their shared past. Wally encounters the dark side of his family, reconnects with Zandy - a man who he has never been able to erase from his memory - and meets an impressionable 17-year-old boy who looks to him for guidance.
