The killer was holding Ronalds in a half nelson with a knife to his throat. He had changed his appearance, but Angelo knew who he was. She hadn't even suspected him. "Give it up!" she said, pointing her Glock at him He laughed. It was a sick, twisted laugh. He was mad, completely insane. "Let Detective Ronalds go!"
